What happens when you get in touch
Who will I talk to?
Tess or one of the attorneys. We'll ask what happened, who was involved and what's worrying you most.
What happens after the first call?
If it looks like a case we can help with, we set up a meeting at the office, by phone or by video. If not, we'll say so and, where we can, suggest where to turn.
Do I need to have everything ready?
No. Bring what you have. We can request police reports and medical records ourselves.
